Our all-inclusive spring camp based in England is designed both for international and English children. There are adventure and language activities from morning until night, and we even find time for day excursions to local towns, cities or attractions too!
There will always be a mix of nationalities on site, which is fantastic for integration, meeting new friends and experiencing new cultures. We try where possible to balance the number of nationalities at camp so that everybody gets the opportunity to meet others and speak English together.
Airport transfers from/ to London Heathrow are included, as well as our camps are all-inclusive, meaning there are no additional costs for meals, activities, English lessons or excursions.
Transfers and Entrance Fees are included in the price.

Our accommodation is located in the main school building which contains dorm rooms that can sleep up to 6 students.
We always have separate quarters for boys and girls and try where possible to put children of a similar age in a room together.

Our Camp Leaders eat their meals at the same time as campers to make sure everyone has had enough food and eating healthily. Dietary requirements can be met when we are aware in advance.
Levels: A1 – B2 on CEFR Pathway Table
To benefit the most from our spring English courses, we recommend that children have at least one year of English experience before coming to camp. We offer a range of levels suitable for age and ability of 10 to 14 year olds ranging from Preliminary (A1) to Intermediate (B1).
English lessons at Xplore are totally different to school; firstly our class sizes are small, with a maximum of 12 children per class this allows focused integration with other learners and the teacher.
We also make sure to utilise a range of teaching approaches suitable for a range of learners, this makes the classes really interactive and encourages learners to have fun whilst learning which can enhance development.
At the end of the course, learners will complete an examination for the level they have been learning at. We will then receive a certificate from Anglia Examinations, which confirms your English level in accordance with the European Framework of Reference
Classroom learning time per week is 12 hours and our class sizes are same with approximately 12 students per teacher.
For students achieving a pass grade or higher for B2, they will receive an Ofqual approved certificate through Anglia Examinations partnership with AIM Awards.
Our activity programme is varied, with a selection of activity sessions on offer for everyone all designed to encourage constant use of English for listening and communication.
Facilities at both camps include a sports hall, climbing and abseiling wall, woodland for team games, bushfire and campfires as well as areas for crate climbing, quad biking, archery, games and sports.
Camp Finborough also has a river for water-based activities such as kayaking, canoeing and raft building.
Camp Worksop has an indoor swimming pool, and tennis /squash courts.
During the week, our staff will take all our campers on an organised day trip excursion to England’s capital city, London.
This fully supervised trip is the perfect way to spend the day off-campus with new friends.
Care & Supervision
Our camps are surrounded by English countryside so our students will feel right at home with everything they need on-site.
Xplore Camp Leaders are responsible for the pastoral care of all the children in our care and ensure that each child is sleeping well, eating well, joining in, making friends and having a great time.
During free time, students are able to play and explore the campus with friends, whilst being supervised by their house parents.
Our camps are available to students from all over the world.
Integration and immersion is central to how we operate as an organisation, and by encouraging lots of social interaction between different cultures and creating a diverse international community at camp, it can really develop every child’s self-confidence in communicating with others.
